Pastoral

Our pastoral care is exceptional. Every child’s well-being and happiness is paramount. Developing each child’s self-esteem is central to our philosophy. We employ highly qualified staff including three full time qualified teachers. The Head of Nursery is also a qualified SENDCO who ensures that learning needs are identified and supported at the earliest opportunity.

Getting it right in Early Years is a child’s right to being, belonging and, of course, becoming. The education and care they receive not only affects their future attainment but their lifelong health and happiness too.

Seeing the children as individuals and encompassing our philosophy on how to teach and design our environment allows children to make fantastic progress from their starting points with us.

Our partnership with our parents is vitally important, from home visits, online journals, communication, parents’ meetings, newsletters, reports, parent workshops, and events we want our parents on the journey with us so we can all celebrate their child, their growing personality and their individual progress and achievements.
